Boob size is relative to the frame of the girl. My hands are always the same size. A D on one girl might be a small handful for me on a small woman (they also are not always accurate about height and Asians often list height in cm which means nothing to me!) or could be a pleasantly overflowing handful on a larger woman. A "handful measurement" sytstem would be useless because of the wide variance in the size of men's hands.
