Seriously, does ANYONE besides bitter Canucks fans and Steve Moore's lawyers talk about Todd "All washed up" Bertuzzi anymore?

Even Butoozi knows that Detroits season has fuck all to do with him....what has he had like one goal in the playoffs....on a team with real talent that's all he is....
Well consider their playoff performance (i godda cowd and so does my bro) I'd take detroit's fourth line -- bertuzzi, lang cleary -- over the canucks first line every day. the canucks reaction to the heroic performance of their back up goalie in the final game was about the biggest pussy performance i ever saw.
If the Sens don't do it, I hope Bertuzzi wins the Cup just to ram it down everybody's throat.
BTW...I've seen some great handles on this board....Tahlulahpalooza and Hipster Doofus are two of my faves....but some guy who posts in Sportsnet's Hockey Hearsay area takes the cake with the handle "SteveMooresNeck". Classic.

buttoozi is useless unless he goes in front of the net ... most

The Bertuzzi for Loungo trade seems to be the best trade the Canucks ever made and almost makes up for trading Cam Neely to Boston many years ago.
This will go down in history as the worst trade ever by that scoundrel Mike Keenan.
Berts back has a lot to do with his useless play but yah he is not the same player as before.

Dude the guy wasnt playing like a 6 million dollar power foward and that's why he's on the 4th line. He did score tonight i give him that. You gotta be bloody realistic here Alan Vignault plays players who perform and i doubt Bert would be on the top line this year.
Holmstrom is the wing's mvp right now. he's doing what Bert was brought in to do - stand in front of the net, harass the goalie, and score the dirty goals and its working, he potted 2 goals tonite

Bert is a complete skin waste on the Detroit team. Chelios hates him. He floats around on one of the best teams in hockey and only scores when pucks bounce in off his skates from his linemates hard work.

I agree with you that Bert is a useless piece of shit. I just find it funny how some people still think he's a 6 mill star power foward.

They only picked him up in case they got into injury trouble in the post and when everyone stayed healthy they had no where to put him. If he was a total waste they would keep him in the press box.
