Benefits or drawbacks to renting condo to SP's

Just wondering if anyone has experience renting their condo units to SP's. Do landlords usually know that their tenants are doing this sort of business?

Is the rental paid the same as market, or sometimes above market value if both landlord and tenant are ok with sexual activities?

I'd appreciate all feedback.

If you're in the US, you may want to ask this question in an American forum, as our laws are different. I would wonder if you would be liable under any kind of bawdy house laws
