I have seen Bella when she was at flower spa. She is now at Famous Spa. She has really good service I recommend. She is very nice.

I wanted to experience what all the hype was about so I booked ahead for 30 minutes. Arrived a few minutes early and she was busy with someone. I was told to try back in 30 minutes, fuck that, I left and won’t be returning for the foreseeable future. What a waste of time.
Sorry to hear this, if a reservation is made and your on time for it there is absolutely no reason why you should have to check back in 30 mins. Do you know if this was her decision or management? If it was her that took reservation and then flaked out by all means boycott her. But if it is management’s decision that has caused this that’s unfortunate because all you really can do is not patronize the spa anymore and you miss out on a fun experience. Now of course this is my opinion and you know what they say , opinions are like assholes, everyone’s got one!
Im not sure whom pulled the plug on my booking. Melody was nowhere to be seen. The Russian girl called her through the closed door and Bella open the door a crack & peeked out then closed the door. I said I had a booking for this time & both girls shrugged it off. This has happened before but not gonna happen any more. I shoulda just stayed and waited the 30 minutes right in their hallway to see what would’ve transpired. Instead I went to Flowers to see the Vietnamese girl😉
