Hmm... At first look it seems real enough. Thoughtfully written ad with all sorts of info. Nice pics, almost too nice to believe.
A Google search only produced hits on one of the pics: http://im5.erslist.com/33345/228071/main/IMG_20140219_222808 (2).jpg gets hits on several different ERS ads. Now that could mean an agency or handler or simply a stolen pic.
I'm always a little suspicious of phone number written out like *six*oh*four*6*7*9*8*5*0*5*. There is only one reason to do that and it is to avoid search engines.

Actually, one of the new issues with google searching images from erslist is that a strip of images from recently posted ads now appear on any ad that we click on. So, if an image is the first/ primary/ avatar image from an ad, it can now appear in numerous other erslist ads. So, often an image like that will return hits from numerous erslist ads because of this. That's why, these days, you really have to search a number of images from an ad. They're sure not making it easy on us
What it took me a while to figure out was the fact that on ERS Google Image will hit on all pages that has the picture in question on them. Even if they are on the bottom in recent posts line at the time the spider captures the page. But if the page with the hit has the same headline or caption as one in question then there is a good chance it is a legit hit.
