I only had one experience trying to book with them. Got a response, provided the info, and then set a time only to be ghosted when I checked back in a half hour before the scheduled session. For a group that seems to be scheduled through a handler, things appear to be handled pretty poorly based on other experiences on this site.
I concur. You made your point. Listing both implies both methods are valid. I didn't go further and who knows I could have been ghosted like other poster.
I had the same experience. Booked and confirmed for a 330pm incall around 1130am. Told me in the Walnut Grove area but not the exact address. I figured ok closer to the time she may give up the address as I know some ladies don’t like to give it out right away hours before the confirmed appointment. Text an hour before asking “where should I be heading hun?” Got nothing back...thought maybe with another client, already confirmed the time so I might as well head that way....literally one minute before 330 I get a text saying sorry I don’t start until 5 now ?? seriously? Couldn’t have said something hours before lol would love to see her still but a bit disappointed after reading another review about a similar situation.
Listen to Duneek on this one, and avoid the Bells. I know all too well how dry it is in Coquitlam, but really that agency is just not worth the A) money B) wasted time.
If heading to Burnaby isn't an option for you, I'd suggest a Pink Diamond girl. WAY more reliable, pricing more in line with what you might expect anywhere else, and more selection. I'd recommend 3581 Ella in particular- she posts one ad a week with her schedule, and prebooking is pretty much mandatory. She's offering 160/hh lately as a special which is insanely good value for a girl of her calibre, IMHO.
I honestly believe the ONLY reason the Bells ever got any business was when there were way fewer options in the area. Since Pink Diamond moved in, I'm certain they've experienced a sharp decline, however they haven't adjusted rates or attitudes (yet)

I have had repeated bookings with Pink Diamond Condos: Anna Lena (back when she still provided FS), Ella 3581, Dani Deneh, Chloe Baaby). Never disappointed. They kept me coming back. Well, until Covid. But now I think it's time for homecumings, spelling mistake is intentional lol
