Finding a "good woman" (oxymoron) is highly overrated. You will be happier doing what you want to do...and having friends to share life experiences with...

Almost all married people I know seem bored with their lives...whereas single people tend to have a lot more fun!! By a long shot!!!!!

Strange, the older I get the easier time I have with women. In my 30's I have waaaay more appeal now than before. You must be doing something wrong.

Well I probably am... But my biggest thing is I don't know where to go to meet women. I don't work with women, I have few women friends, no family to set me up. I don't drink anymore, and I know that makes it harder, but I never had much luck in bars anyways. I've met most women through internet dating... Which I know isn't the best way.

Joe45 that is one of the biggest misconceptions. Just because one has money that one can get all the girls. Yes I have had some great SPs over the years and many of them. But as many have pointed out here SPs do not make a relationship.

My lifestyle is the primary reason why I will never get married. No one can put up with me and the lifestyle. You have a better chance of meeting someone than I. The ones I meet are not the ones you would consider marrying. Sorry to disappoint you.

Seriously though for me, my child is everything. There's really not much meaning to accumulate wealth just because you can. And there's nothing in the world that replaces the love of a child. Having more than you can afford, well that's another story.

I grew up in a single mom environment, as she raised 3 kids. It was hell on her, she when bankrupt at least once and had a breakdown at least once, but she lived for us and we knew it and appreciated it. She also always worked one full time and a part-time job. Funny thing is I can count on one hand the amount of time she complained about her situation. Would she have changed places for no kids and no money worries, I honestly don't think she would have.

No truer words have been spoken. I often wonder what it would be like to have kids and have a wife.

It seemed "easier" when I was in my 20's because quite honestly "ignorance is bliss".

As I get older I just find women in general are really messed up.
