2. Gotta have recent positive reviews on PERB or ???

Yep it sucks for sure. The more I think about it, the more I realize that trying out these independents is a high risk low reward proposition. I've read about far too much BS from these ladies. I will probably try out the agencies where there seems to be a higher degree of safety, some chance of resolving a bad experience, and generally better prices. Given those factors, I find myself asking the question, why bother at all with independents.

Wow this is such a blanket statement. Slightly ignorant infact. Some of the cleanest incalls have been provided by independents. Really GOOD independents. Peyton, Gerri, knickers and Fiona have the most immaculate spaces. Don't even get me started on the mattress conditions of some agencies.

The fact that it can effect anyone makes it all the more important to take measures to prevent it from happening. If you know you have bed bugs, you should refrain from seeing other people and pass it on to them!

The definition of ignorance is lacking knowledge, information, or awareness about something in particular. It appears that is precisely your problem. Some of the independents, like Lavinia and Peyton, provide extremely clean and comfortable environments. To think that an agency would do better is precisely ignorant.
