The ad is gone but /cas is the casual encounters section of craigslist.
Cannot find any ad for Alina but there are many interesting ones such as:

Her picture shows up all over the internet (mostly on Czechoslovakian websites as Lalka Barbie,, Candy Charms or lacely Wilde) The websites seem just as sketchy as this fake ad. The problem started when you went to Craigslist hoping to find something. The very few real ads here are duplicated on BP so don't waste your time
