Do you think any NFL team owner in their right mind will ever let the biggest show every year go to a non NFL franchise city?
I'll believe it when I see the US Gov't open up the JFK files and we find out who really pulled the trigger.

I don't know, after seeing the riots here last year, I think there's enough idiots in this town to pack it for Wrestlemaniaound:
Actually, why not pack it with rioters ? Let the cops and fire department circle the field, put a few old police cars and what have you in the middle of the field, build a few movie store fronts and let the games begin. Firemen can turn their hoses on the fires or the rioters, their choice. Cops can taz and spritz tear gas to their hearts content and the rest of us can watch it live on Shaw..............just a thought.
Politicians have absolutely no respect for our tax dollars. Did they really have to spend that much for that retractable roof? Like a convertible, it's only used a couple months out of the year and the BC Lions I heard prefer to have the roof closed during games as the noise from the crowd is better. I think it's a joke....
Vancouver is a hockey town only while they win. Remember not too many years ago when they sucked and there was only 8000 people in the arena. Vancouver doesn't know how to support a team. If you win they come if not they find other things to do. Other cities are like philly for example don't care, win or lose they are there to support their teams. even if to just boo the hell out of them.
Cost of tickets to a flyers game is probably half of what a canucks ticket is, so they have that luxury.It's a lot cheaper to boo them at home & save yourself $300 for an evening.
2026 FIFA World Cup
Wishful thinking but Vancouver should give the 2026 FIFA World Cup a try. No one thought Qatar had chance of winning 2022 even if they had so much cash. Well, by 2026 Vancouverites already forgot paying for the Winter Olympics. :nod:
