gotta get some kind of running game. I don't think it's wally as much as chapdelaine. either that or robertson doesn't have the coaches confidence.

They had a poor start last year but picked up later in the season hopefully that will happen again sooner this year....Cant wait to watch a game in the new stadium

Last week the receivers sucked, this week Lulay looked inept.
Last year McCallum bailed them out many a game. he's still got it, but range is shrinking.

From 45 yards in, he is as good as anybody in the CFL. But yes, his range is shrinking, which is to be expected. Actually has a 62 yard FG on his resume.

He just has to learn that he doesn't need to put it through the receivers all the time. sometimes he just needs to get it there. As for the Defence I''ve never been sold on Benevides. when he was special teams coach they couldn't cover or return, now with the D they can't hardly ever stop the other team.
I agree about Benevides....in way over his head! The OC/DC's both need to be canned along with Bouno! Time to start fresh new ideas Wally has grown stale and players have tuned the staff out.Be interesting on Thursday

All five games have had the same basic D problems. They hit but do not tackle.
Dropped balls at critical times have stalled decent drives.
Couple of bad bounces and non calls by the zebras too.
I feel for them and I bet it has had an effect upon Wally.

Wally Buono should resign or the GM should fire him. Either way Jarious Jackson should be the starting QB for the next game. Travis Lulay just isn't getting it done. They are way better than a 0-5 team.
I was at the game in Winnipeg and the Lions were in it for the entire game. One good pass in the final set of downs could have beaten us.
They may have lost the game, but they showed a great deal of class. They stood with the Bombers at centre field during the tribute to Richard Harris, and wore the RH sticker on their helmets. I can't imagine certain other organizations showing the same respect as the Leo's did. Good on Ya.

Riders @ Lions friday night! Huge game! We win and are 1-5 or will we find another way to choke? I think we finally win 35 - 24.Any thoughts? Arland Bruce should be on sidelines in jeans lol
