Tonight the plan is for 2 ribeyes, baked potatos, corn on the cob, asparagus, homeade garlic bread, and my special bbq pineapple upside down cake.

I have always wanted to try and barbeque salmon. But was always afraid that the salmon would fall apart on me and that I would over cook the salmon. Any hints?

i always wrap mine in tin foil and put it on the top rack
