Hi there

I have never offered BBBJ in my entire career as a service provider.
However, that does not mean guys do not try to convince me that he is " clean" and that he won't come in my mouth.

I actually have heard that bigger risk exists in pre-cum because there is more blood cells(?) in pre-cum than actual semen.

I would like to be able to say " no, I do not offer bbbj regardless you come in my mouth or not as it is both risky", but can't say that unless I get the info verified by someone who knows better.

So, Health Nurth, is that true?

Hi Ms. Yoko Anna

I guess it depends on what type of sexually transmitted infection (STI) you are looking at.

STI like gonorrhea and chlamydia live at the end of the urethra (pee tube). They can be transmitted from the penis to the throat without ejaculation (cuming). We think that ejaculation may help these transmit to the throat but I don’t think anyone has studied this so we do not know for sure.

STI like herpes, syphilis and genital warts (HPV) are passed from skin to skin contact so these can be transmitted from penis to mouth regardless if you ejaculate or not.

I think the protection against STI by not cumming in the mouth is about HIV. Pre cum and cum (ejaculant) both have the HIV virus in them. As the volume of cum is so much more than pre-cum you would get more HIV in your mouth if someone came in your mouth.

This would also be true for hepatitis B where the virus is also in the cum. Having the hepatitis B vaccine would protect you against this.

To answer your question not having someone cum in your mouth would reduce your risk to HIV but there are other STI that can be transmitted with a bbbj regardless if someone cums or not.
