Isn't Karly the one who lost a lot of weight (to the point of being seriously sick looking) from time to time, could be a serious drug user, works out of her home, might have been living with her brother, and while she has had a good body (when her weight is back on), larger boobs, stocky, brown hair, is definitely over 30? I remember one such in the Surrey/Langley area awhile back who specialized in bbbj+cim. If it's her, I'd never ever go back due to finding out later that she lost a lot of weight and may have been a recovering heroine addict.
