I am really confused about this, what is the difference between BBBJ/CIM & BB Full service, you would think the chance of disease would be the same, but it seems there are alot of girls that do CIM, Is there anyone that could shed some light on this for me. I would think the chance of catching something from someone that does CIM would be extremely high.

I think that the only person at risk for contracting something is the girl who does the CIM. Not the guy that does the C'ing.
If she has a cut or open sore in her mouth, then yes, the chance of her getting something from the guy is greater. But stomach acids kill any living organisms on contact.

Who cares which one is at higher risk? When you do anything BB it increases the risk of contracting an STD significantly so don’t even think about doing it.
