What exactly do these mean? I have seen them under people user names. I would think being banned means you can't post yet they are posting am I missing something?

I was thinkin the same thing. This Krustee guy has got some serious serious social issues. The thing that concerns me the most is the amount of time and money he must spend on gadgets and things to go undetected by the mods on all the boards he gets booted off. This guy is a certified stalker.
