A few reviews from a recent trip to Bangkok, for those who may be interested in visiting.
Akane Fashion Massage
A place designed mostly for Japanese tourists. They sit you down, give you a cup of cold tea and ask you to choose from the menu. I chose the two-lady body scrub. Two cute women take you up to a "wet room," plunk you down on a plastic-covered table and scrub you thoroughly with knobbled gloves, rock salt (or something like that) until you are nice and pink all over. Then back to another room for a naked oil massage where they up the sexy factor, one crawling over you licking your nipples with her parts convenient for your hands, obscuring the view of what the other one is doing to the little guy. Whatever it was it was great. Loved it. No full service is normally available (but I expect could be negotiated for extra). BJs are covered. A bit less than $100 (including tip) for the above, which lasted about 90 minutes from scrub to shower. Something like one of those Japanese massage videos.
Eden Club
A specialty establishment where the available ladies line up. You pick one, and she picks her partner. Worked well for me, and they were both extremely professional and cute. Up an elevator, into a room mirrored on every wall and ceiling, showered by one while the other gets the room ready. They then begin a well-rehearsed routine that gets me off very efficiently, start some fun naked massage (one clipped my toenails), intended to get you in the mood for a second go-around. They would be good to go for almost anything (the original lineup area is divided in two, with those willing to do anal on one side of a line), but I preferred laying back and enjoying the attention and turned down the second go (knowing I would never be able to perform). They switch roles after, with the other one cleaning you up while her partner cleans up the room. About $175 including tip for a two-hour session.

Another specialty establishment, almost next door to the Eden Club. You go in the front door, some signal sounds, and the available "nurses" line up on a balcony above to choose from. It is a blinding white sterile looking environment. You pick the one that seems most enthusiastic, and she comes down and takes you up the stairs (past the balcony with sleeping mats where the unpicked ones have returned to eating rice or playing with their iphones, somewhat dissipating the clinic room design of the front entrance and lobby). Enter one of a number of small cubicles equipped with a big folding-back chair and a sink, where your privates are given a good scrubbing. She then doffs her upper garments, positions you in the chair, and proceeds to give a Dr. Vanessa quality blowjob, very well done. Something about the seediness factor, however, combined with the fake moans from the next cubicle where someone had obviously chosen a two-nurse experience, prevented me from coming, despite her admirable efforts. About $60 (including tip) for what is meant to be a half-hour experience.

A venerable institution for a "soapy" massage, where I have enjoyed the experience in the past. Asked the mamasan for advice given the large number of girls in the fishbowl. Went with her suggestion for a fairly young-looking one with big tits. Led into a room (which seems much seedier than in my memory) where she strips down and prepares a bath tub for you. She looked much better with her clothes on, and had very little English. Starts a blowjob in the tub; wasn't doing anything for me. On to the air mattress and the soapy body massage bit (Lucy in Victoria is a lot more fun), then showered off and led to the bed for whatever else you want. I lost interest very quickly, given the annoying squeaks she was making and her general lack of skills. Either a poor choice of provider on my part, or this establishment has gone seriously downhill over the years. About $75 for 90 minutes or so, including a smaller tip than to the other ladies mentioned above.
