Avery, I know your experiences in Saskatchewan have been poor and I understand that well enough, but the actions of this Bambi's girl are truly pathetic, even by Regina and Saskatoon standards. Biggest problem in Sask. is that it is very difficult to find a true GFE/PSE and whatever talent is available is overpriced.

For the most part, many of the agencies that advertise in the yellow pages and publications tend to be less than reliable, regardless of the province. If you read TERB, which I believe you do, you will often find complaints about shady agencies. I would like to think that those who follow this and other boards and pay attention, have a distinct advantage over the crap shoot of using an unproven agency.

In the larger centres, there are still some shady agencies, but, thanks to the boards, their clientele is now mostly restricted to the guys who wait until the last minute and use the yellow pages or weeklies.

There are many reputable agencies with integrity in those places. Unfortunately, the Winnipeg agencies are all pretty crappy, AFAIK. We need more negative reviews such as yours to expose them and either force them to improve, or spawn competition of a much higher calibre.
