backpage links - help

Does anyone know how to get website and email links into backpage ?

There are so many girls doing it but every time I do or a girl friend tries, it gets automatically taken out.

Somewhere I read an advertiser said you post the ad without the links, wait for it to get approved, then you go in and edit the ad, adding the link.
