Is it true the New York Giants used to play in Boston and Chicago used to have two teams also South Dakota had a team

Chicago had the Cardinals up to 1960 when they became the St Louis Cardinals...now the Arizona Cardinals.

Doubt if the Giants ever came from Boston. They were started by the Mara family in NY back in the 20's.

A South Dakota team? Never heard of such a thing. Mind you, the early NFL played in a lot of small cities in the American mid-west, such as Green Bay.
