I didn't set one up when I first signed up, but I've come across something I'd like to add. Nothing happens when I go into "user CP" and then into "edit Avatars".
Unless you are a long time member (over 2 yrs. ago), you're out of luck. The Perbian fathers have disabled that feature fearing excessive bandwidth consumption.
