I totally agree with this comment. Especially the part about "she'll approach you about grabbing some coffee or whatever" if she changes her mind, after having some time to consider it.

Hey BHB, sometimes its a lot harder to pick up women when solo. You need to be hanging with a couple of buddies so as not to appear a loaner, sometime being with a girl makes it a lot easier to pick up other girls. Yeah most people know this but I'm assuming you don't since you had no idea what the boobs were saying.
Maybe you should tell her you've though about it and decided to give her one more chance. But warn her that she better not "fuck it up this time". Yeah give her a sense of urgency and this ones in the bag.
