I recently called up a lady and was asking about her services. In my line of questions, I asked "are you licensed?". Her first response was "why". I said, I just wanted to know.
I could tell by her hesitation that she probably isn't. If I'm going to go to somebodys house, should I ask if they are licensed or not? I figure if I ask about licensing, then I have less chance of getting into trouble.
