asking for advice and feedback

i am usually a very chipper old chap. today i would like to rant.

this is my thought process and every one is open to theirs. different opinions are welcome.

long ago this occurred, 3 patrons endorse 3 different providers to a newbie. the young lad picks 1, the other 2 get butt hurt. advice in my mind should given and not forced. just because i do not take ur advice over others dont get butt hurt. it is a decision for me to gather facts and inputs to make up my mind. u have yes men who will always be agreeable and those who always want to argue. and the in between. still it is my choice to take it or not.

back before retirement. young up and coming lads would ask "how is my performance". great they want feedback yet many get butt hurt when they do not here their perfect and the ultimate number 1 greatest employee of all time. even positive constructive criticism blokes are overly defensive. if u need a ass kissing sounding board talk to urself in the mirror.

im reminded of these instances because of a recent thread. bottom line i wish more people would learn to deal with critique and different opinions better. i am not perfect.

Not really sure what you are asking. Do you mean the other 2 patrons noses were out of joint ? Or the other 2 providers that did not get chosen?

Its your money and no ones business where you choose to spend it, sounds like they were Pimps. As far as giving advice always give your honest opinion, thats why I love New Yorkers they will tell you to your face if they think you are an asshole!
