Saw Jenny yesterday, on her last day. While the experience with her was great (L: 8, A: 9, S: 8) I did have some issues with the booking experience. I'm a long-time customer, so I didn't expect any problems getting in touch. But when I texted the day earlier, I got no reply at all. I decided to try again once more yesterday morning, and we found a time that worked for both of us, so I booked an hour. They gave me the address, and I asked to send me the entrance code just before the appointment time. Well, when I got there, no message. I texted back, nothing. Waited 15 minutes (!) and finally the booker sent me the info. When I got in, Jenny was surprised to hear I was staying for an hour... because she did not have an hour free before the next appointment. I reluctantly took the 1/2 hour she had free (I usually book 45 minimum). Anyways, like I said I had a great time but it was too short, and not what I booked for. So, I'm going to be very hesitant about rebooking with Vipotg in the future.
