When I was in surrey, there was an add for an asian SP (I think she was Filipino ) who was advertising for sns specials and if you were under 15 minutes it was cheaper... I do not recall the name.
I was able to visit her, for her special it was pretty decent sns experience. Hard to argue as well with the price (.60 for 10mins ). Does anybody recall this SP ? She was near the gateway station.
