Asian sisters CL 8497 - any intel?

Intriguing ad - Asian sisters for duo action.

Their picture seems to be recycled and there are ads individually for CoCo and DaDa with a different number. Also not located in an area known to have any micros.
A search did not reveal anything on the boards or on CL for previous ads.

I tried calling today a few times, but never got an answer - so haven't been able to TOFTT.

Anyone has any insight?
