I think the Simpsons and Family Guy are great cartoons . Everyone has the preferences/to each their own desires/likes .

Thanks for confirming that the co-creator is Jewish. I already new that the "Simpsons" was created by a Jewish guy. Who said anything about racism against Jews. I pointed out the racist caricature and stereo-typing of Asians. Others pointed out that Indians (Apu on Simpsons) are also racist caricatures. Blacks have been fair game for ever. Even First Nations people are marginalized to nothing but casino owners on these wildly popular shows.

Jews are good with money? Chinese are good with math. Indians are good with computers. Gays are good with fashion/art. Germans are good in engineering. Japanese are good in electronics. These statements are a far cry from exaggerating visible/audible characteristics that make a visible minority a visible minority.

So, can non-Jewish people create cartoons depicting the "Jewish Lobbyist" with a massive nose, close-set beedy eyes and a beenie on his head lamenting about "taywowism" in a heavy Jewish accent? This would "push buttons and generate a reaction" don't you think? And it can be as funny as Hell if executed properly

Go for it. It's up to the viewer to know when to separate reality from entertainment

It is only a cartoon . You have to be so careful these days . We have to be politically correct when we are talking about certain subjects . We have to learn to laugh about one another instead of analyzing everything we say or do.

But, if you need a guy to get you off, just head over to Israel's wailing wall. It looks like they are banging their heads into the wall, but in reality, if you walk around to the back of the wall you'll see that it is lined with holes into which you can insert yourself. Your bearded butt buddies will take care of you for a reasonable price -- or so I've heard.

BTW, your rabbi picture wouldn't look much like a rabbi without the beenie. He should have a larger, hooked nose and closer-set beedy eyes to be easily identified as Jewish. Please pass this on to "the establishment".

Gravitas is right. Get it in perspective – it’s a fucking cartoon. Not like the reality TV of Archie Bunker and the ever reliable Al Bundy's “hooters hooters yum yum yum yum. Hooters hooters on a girl that’s dumb". Now that is real TV without pc racial or sexual stereotypes.

I find that Peter Griffin is a poor example of white guys. Every white guy I know is intelligent, courteous, hard working, and has impeccable moral standards. Homer Simpson, he's a perfect example. Groundskeeper Willie is exactly like all my Scots kinfolk back in Auchtenshoogle.

Every pathetic commercial out there is a poor example of a white guy. From stupid dads to stupid husbands to stupid teenage sons. The morons that every one laughs at and not with are white guys....end rant

SuperGrover - If you don't like the asian reporter on FG then don't watch the f*ing show. Personally I think it's hilarious - including Peter and Chris and every other damn character. Get over it and laugh a little at yourself. If you can't do that then you have no right to laugh at other characters on the show. Besides if you were a true fan of FG you'd know Tricia is Japanese and not Chinese. The name kinda gives it away bud - read bio below

Tricia Takanawa – Asian News Reporter. She is always described as "Asian Reporter Tricia Takanawa," even in conversation between the various members of the Griffin family. A parody of Connie Chung, other characters occasionally call her Connie. In the episode "Da Boom" Tricia was eaten by Tom Tucker and Diane Simmons, and Peter remarked that they would be hungry in another hour (as a reference to the well-known tendency in Asian food). In the Stewie Griffin movie, Diane confirmed that she is Japanese — Takanawa is a Japanese name — after Tom was confused about what heritage she is. However, in one episode Quagmire sleeps with her and he says she's Spanish (although Quagmire is not known to be overly intelligent or culturally sensitive). She really has a thing for David Bowie and has dry humped his leg at least once. Interestingly and unlike her fellow newspeople, Tricia often displays an especially stoic attitude, even during sex, perhaps to contrast the fact that she's most often live in the field.
