Asian recording?

Hi all.
I will be headed to the coast for work in a couple weeks and am wondering if anyone can recommend a good asian that offers recording of the session that wont break the bank?
Im aware of a few at dim-sum that allow but im hoping to find a little more wallet friendly

The only ones that allow recording are Japanese and it is almost universally priced at 100 to 150 with no face recorded and 200 with full face recorded. Koreans and Chinese do not allow recording.
