Jess Lis Lee, hands down. She has tons of rave reviews on here, particularly for her memorable squirting when she comes.
A few things to bear in mind: she's only available for a couple of months in the year; when she is available, she gets really busy and timely communication can be a challenge; and her rates recently went up -- they're now certainly out of my range.
