Asian micros

I see 2 sets of ads on Victoria PB, one for Baby and Vian, the other for Lala, Joyce and Sasa. I'm visiting Victoria tomorrow (9th) and am wondering if these are micros similar to what I'd find in Vancouver? What should I be prepared to pay?

I assume the pics are all fakes and the ages listed are under by at least 10 years.
