I'm coming to Kelowna this weekend and I'd like to go to the best AMP in town. Which one would that be? According to Leolist it's the one on Hwy 97 North.

Of course it's personal preference as to which is best - however for an AMP, it's between Flowers - the first one you referenced - or Lotus Blossom. I find Lotus more reliable overall, however Flowers tends to have more attendants on at any given time.

If you don't mind going with an independent, Angela is a great option as well.

I stopped in to see Angela. When she first opened the door I was excited because she is young and quite attractive, even though she is a little skinny for my liking. I decided to book and hour massage with FS and I should have went for a half hour, because that's all I got anyway. Very rushed, music was super loud, she was kinda distracted and there was no effort to set a mood at all. If you're just looking for a quick in and out, this is a good choice. But aside from her looks and a nice body, the experience was lacking.
