Isn't this the woman that used to be near Mckenzie & Quadra in one of the apartment buildings there? If so, to be perfectly blunt, it was bad service by an unattractive lady. I wasn't the only one to think so. Anyway, if it is indeed her, I'd stay away, far away.

I think I do know who Initial-D is talking about, I'm not sure if she was Vivian's biz partner or ran it herself for a while before eventually Celine took it over and renamed it Bamboo, but I don't think it's her.
