Never met Rose or Jessica (I think) but I can't imagine either having larger boobs than Nancy. May's are quite large as well, but Nancy's are simply ridiculous.

Faces are subjective as Nancy and May both have very interesting and unique looks, neither of which im a fan of. However they do put in the effort to take care of themselves. Nancys tits are very big and very fake, not my preference
