At that price point, you have to:
a) pay the girl
b) pay the handler
c) pay for rent
d) pay the agent (if applicable)

Ask yourself, compared to current places that charge that price point, what will you get?

So... now how is it possible for a place with the same price point but a higher overhead to deliver at least the same quality as the current places? The answer: they can't. But by all means I would be more than happy to be wrong.
