She wasn't creepy per se last I noticed her there...but had a crazy look on her face...kinda "happy deranged" outta it...not in a druggy type of way...if that makes sense?

Plus it was broad daylight with people walking by (grandmas with grandkids in tow...not too cool imho)...kinda figure that's a sign

i use to work on kingsway by joyce and there use to be this chinese girl who would float around once in a while she was tall,short black hair and skinny.she was a very nice girl,we had the chinese connection thing going on since we were both asian and on track.not may asian girls do the track thing.but she did seem kinda weird,not drugged out but scitz out or inbalanced.we did get picked up a lot though by chinese guys we both speak cantonese so that really came in handy

I was there at 2:30 in the morning, and there are about 6 of them out there - white and asian.

I was driving by that area the other night and saw the Asian girl, wearing a red dress and high white boots, looked alright from the car but I don't pick up girls from the street. There was a white girl near-by and they seemed to be talking. When my car was close by she ran out basically right in front of my car and waved me down, not wanting her plastered on my windscreen I slowed, she wanted a quarter for the phone, I gave it, and drove away. She seemed like she was high on something. After I gave her the quarter she either dropped it or took it to the street and was washing it in the snow/slush/water. I also noticed she had a bowl of rice or some other type of food with her. end-o-story
