Typically there is an extra charge, but some don't do it at all, and some just do it without an extra charge ... ymmv

I think KPE answered my question, i guess i should rephrase it...
Has anyone ever got cim from a lorihouse or vipotg girl and if so what would generally be the tip on that.
The reason i ask is one girl did ask me once if there was anything else i wanted, it kind of caught me off guard and my tongue was tied.
