Asian agency girls that take direction?

I'm wondering if agency girls, specifically asian - say, Honeybb or AF for example - are open to taking direction, or if that's frowned upon. Any experience around this? Direction like "get on your knees" for example. Nothing S and M-ish. But some light instruction. Or would I need to find a SP that provides this service explicitly?
