Visited a couple spas in Macau and they were amazing. Basically it's a spa where they have ladies give you a bath, then you're taken to a lounge where you can relax in recliners and ladies will offer "thigh massages" (which usually include a lot of teasing and HJs under a blanket). while you're relaxing, you can also order food and drinks. Them you can take any of the ladies you like to a room for extra curricular activities.
