Unfortunately there are too many idiots out there who actually place a premium on BB services. As stupid as it is, some SP's feel they need to offer these services in order to get business. It is usually the girls who NEED the money for drugs who will do what ever it takes (BBFS) to get customers and guys will play that.
Stick to the ladies who play safe. You have just as much fun and don't have to spend the next week worrying if you caught something.

Disturbing to say the least. An invite to disease, a doorway to a death sentence if the stars do no align. While I will whole-heartedly defend this hobby as nothing LE needs to pay attention to, society needs to recognize those the wish to destroy themselves via sex for cash need to be recognized, ignored, and (hopefully) helped. I just wanted to warn the guys out there.. unfortunately Jethro is right, there is a need out there for some careless guys who will pay for bbfs.. its sad, but very dangerous to engage with someone like her and other SPs who offer it.. be safe guys!!

Too many dudes think with the small head during those times and end up regretting it.
While you certainly saved yourself from some grief, I, having a brother with substance abuse issues, also look at it as I'm not going to give her money for drugs and enable her to continue self-destructing. Does it make a difference? Who knows, likely not but that's my way of looking at it.
