I couldn't watch the whole 52 mins, but yes...propaganda has been used for generations to steer public opinion and to colour the facts of current events to suit the ruling factions, gov'ts, dictators. Yup..for a local bend on propaganda, just follow the current debate on the coming transit tax referendum....or pleibicite...or whatever the fuck it is....
