Spend any time at any of the funky shops / cafes / restaurants etc on Main Street and you will be presented with a plethora of body art on show in a big way. I doubt all those young lovely's are in the biz. Its a thing I guess.
And some of that art has to be in the $10K+ range.

C section scar is very very tiny, so there is really no need to cover it up. It used to cover a so called tummy tuck, also known as abdominoplasty after the operation to vacuum out fats & remove extra skin.
