Because just cruising LL isn't dicey enough, obviously. Lol.
I would say the street scene in Vancouver proper has really dried up at least along the route I know. A regular later evening drive from work has me on W12th then Kingsway to parts east heading home. Pre covid, almost always from Fraser to about Earls I would see a few working gals, some awfully spicy looking some kinda scary but that is name of the game. More recently I have not seen anyone for weeks make that a couple months. Mind you this is a sample of one so its really for what its worth.
