It honestly does nothing for me. Like I don't really feel anything at all. When I was younger I got my nipple pierced. I kept hearing from everyone that it will make your nipples way more sensitive. Only when it was pain while healing, otherwise not a damned thing. It almost makes me feel uncomfortable when a woman licks my nipples, just because I can't really feel anything.
