Are there any dim sum restaurants open at 9am?

Just looking for a decent dim sum restaurant opened at 9am. Located some place in vancouver no overpriced.

Pink Pearl is open early, its on hastings just west of clark drive

Prices reasonable, good selection but more like the older style dim sum menu.

Floata opens at 7:30 in the morning.

it depends on what you mean by overprice. most places are usually $2.25 to $3 per dish.

and don't most dimsum open at like 8am or earlier?

golden swan on victoria opens pretty early also, i always liked it better than pink pearl and floata.
