I don't think there are any on LL. I haven't seen Nicole but she might be the closest thing on LL. I strongly suspect that there are some available on VP, especially those that charge over 200/hr, but I'm not ready to risk it on a mediocre experience. PH advertises outcall-only girls that somewhat match your description. That would be the closest 'sure thing' available to me IMO.

High quality Chinese models indeed are available and there is NO PRICE CEILING.

Locally it can go anywhere from 350 to 700 an hour, 1000 to 2000 a short outcall.

Internationally, they can even fly those tier 2/3 models, car models, etc directly from China to you.

I'm very skeptical of these Handlers as all these pictures are fake (anything with a clear face shot is fake), and as usual, they always over-promise and under-deliver, as typical in this industry.
