The ladies brought this upon themselves by normalizing deposits and transfers. Bad folks have discovered the easiest thing in the world to scam is a horny male who knows how to do an e-transfer.
I always find it ironic when someone speaks to something they have no experience on,

Before deposits I was being subjected to time wasters, address collectors, driving or taking an uber to an outcall on my dime to be ghosted, assaulted, robbed with no recourse for having their information. Deposits are not going to ever be full proof to keep us 100% safe but they are a great buffer for us to do our jobs a lot more safely and effectively. Blaming ladies for something you have no personal experience on by saying we’ve brought this on ourselves does not help anything. Surely you are entitled to your opinion, but as are we.
People who despise leolist today hated craigslist, Backpage , erslist, SP classified and every other platforms at one point or another. Reason being the scammers migrates to whichever platform is popular and reach the most men who think with their little heads instead of being logical about the advertising they scroll through.
There's no platform that will be bulletproof against them as they always find a way....Make X/Twitter the exclusive platform and the scammers will find a way to advertise and reach their gullible target ( testosterone induced thinkers) before you know it . The only way to prevent to get scammed by false advertising is still to do your research and learn to identify the different clues or tell tale signs that are quite obvious most of the time; as their modus operandi never deviate much over time no matter what platform they use.

Yes! Do your research! Sometimes being dooped in life happens, ive been dooped by tattoo artists taking my money and not completing work just as an example. It sucks and I didnt get my money back at times and other times I threatened to expose them and it worked. I move on, become more wiser when doing business with certain things, but no where do I blame all tattoo artists now for the bad apples and demand them to not take deposits. I can understand where people are coming from or hesitations when sending money to someone you dont know but this is where you can do your research on Perb! Its a tool, use it ❤🙏 when the testosterone is flowing and the little head is thinking with the big head or just dont see ladies who require deposits, but blaming us and bashing aint it 💁🏻♀️!

99% of the problems occur when the little head takes control.

~ “I sent a deposit and when I was outside they asked for the rest of the money”
In most of these cases there is no woman involved. None. The scammer is some guy in his mom’s basement, or a guy in China, wherever. It’s a criminal enterprise, it’s not an escort ripping you off.

I don't blame the platform for my own excitement and throwing all caution signs out the window . This business as always been buyer beware
