as fer weed being stronger today, no it's not. Some dealers do add meth or other drug to it to increase the high and create dependency. Weed on it's own does not.
Umm.... what? Now that makes no sense to me at all. A lot of my friends are potheads, and they're the most forgetful people I know... Not to the point of interfering with their everyday lives, but definitely more forgetful than my non-pothead friends. Although actually, weed and weed-related paraphernalia are the things that they tend to be the most forgetful about, most commonly: where did I put my lighter?
