Don't know if it is just me, or there are some problems in the system. So, am enquiring here to see if others are having a problem.
I am increasingly been told I have an invalid username and/or password when I try to get in. Except, I'm darn sure I'm not.
I've had to take to entering in the information multiple times before it will accept me into the site (often, in excess of 5 or 6 times).
I know there is that page that comes up after you've entered the wrong details to say you have 5 attempts and you have used 1 of 5 and then you will be locked out for a period. Well, even though I am entering the information multiple times, it never goes beyond 1 of 5 attempts!
Running a Mac, systems and everything pretty much upto date. Problems with both Safari and Chrome.
Others experiencing the same... or have any suggestions?
