Apple vs Samsung, patent trial of the century and then some

So who do you think will "win"?

I think Apple's case is frivolous and shuts down real competition.

But the real enemy of Apple sits behind Samsung, and that is Google. I swear it was Google that brought on Steve Jobs' early demise. Why Apple chose to go after Samsung instead of Google has my head scratching, why not go for the head of the snake?

because you can still browse google using safari! haha! if you sue google, google can ban all apple's stuff until the lawsuit is over which is forever. then apple will lose some customers. so in that sense is worst than nightmare.
